How to Attend
*For general visitors
●For visitors coming from overseas, payment will only be accepted at the on-site reception on the day of the event.
●On the day of the event, please pay the admission fee at the dedicated overseas visitor reception desk.
Admission fees will be announced in December.
●After paying the admission fee, a "QR Code 1-day Ticket" will be issued, which is required for entry and exit.

Exhibition Process

STEP 1
Download the “Exhibition application form”.

STEP 2
Email the completed application to jimukyoku@japangolffair.com.

STEP 3
Submit payment for the exhibition fee.

STEP 4
Submit the completed additional application forms.

All exhibitors must submit the application “Form A” by e-mail.
Other application forms are optional. The forms submitted after the deadline will be invalided.

Payment Methods for Exhibitor Fees

● Payment by Bank Transfer
Invoices for exhibition booth fees will be issued by the Japan Golf Goods Association.
The fees listed on the invoice are to be transferred to the specified bank account by the payment deadline.
Bank transfer charges incurred are to be paid by the exhibitors.
Exhibition applications will be canceled if the fees are not paid by the payment deadline.
*The following fee is required. (Total: 4,000JPY)

1) Foreign exchange handling fee 2,500JPY
2) Dedicated remittance fee 1,500JPY
