Application guidance for exhibitiors

The above rates do not include the following;
|
|
|
|
1)
|
Costs for your booth design or transportation of goods and equipment.
|
|
2)
|
Insurance for your exhibits or events.
|
|
3)
|
Costs for electrical construction in your booth or electrical power.
|
|
4)
|
Costs for basic water supply and drainage work in your booth or water usage charge.
|
|
5)
|
Installation of internet cables, telephones or telephone usage charge.
|
|
6)
|
Rental fees for any of the equipment owned by the site of the Japan Golf Fair (Tokyo International Exhibition Center) or compensation for loss or damage to the rental equipment.

|
|

After receiving the application forms, Japan Golf Fair Operational Secretariat will issue a bill for relevant costs.

You are free to choose any designer or builder to design and construct your booth.
We can also introduce you to a designer or builder if needed.

Prohibition of sales by exhibitors
|
|
|
|
- Golf goods are not allowed to be sold by exhibitors on the Japan Golf Fair venue except for foreign exhibitors on the last day of the Fair.
|
|
- Construction of 2nd floor is not allowed.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Exemption from Responsibility
|
|
|
|
Due to a natural disaster or other circumstances beyond its control, the JGF may be compelled to change the dates of the Japan Golf Fair or cancel the Fair.
We do not assume the responsibility or the guarantee of damages that may occur as a result of such natural disasters, changes or cancellations.
The expenses incurred up to that time will be borne by the exhibitors in accordance with the number of booths applied for.
The JGF reserves the right to change the content of this Exhibitor Service Manual in part, and in that case, the rules after such change(s) will have precedence.
