Guidance for applying the Exhibition

The above rates are not including of;

1)

Cost for your own decoration and carrying in and out of the goods and equipments will be at your own expenses.
|

2)

Insurance for your exhibits and events.
|
|
3)
|
Cost for the constructions for electricity in a booth and charge for electric power.
|
|
4)
|
Cost for basic water supply/drainage work, in a booth and water charge.
|
|
5)
|
Installation of telephones and telephone bill (as well as internet cables).
|
|
6)
|
Rental fee for the equipments belongs to the Fair site and compensation for any damage or loss

After receiving the application forms, Japan Golf Goods Association will issue a bill.
Payment method is only by bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy
|
|
|
|
Cancellation betweem Nov. 16th and Dec. 15th: charge 30% of the total application fee.
Cancellation after Dec. 16th, 100% of the total application fee well be charged.

You are free to choose any decorator or constructor for decorating your booth.

Prohibiting the sales of the exhibits
|
|
|
|
Golf goods are not allowed to sell on site during the exhibition.
* Except for books and non golf-related products.

|
|
|

Cancellation of the Fair
|
|
|
|
The organizer can postpone or cancel the Fair for unavoidable reasons. If the Fair is cancelled, the organizer shall refund to the exhibitors all fees received except necessary expenses. The organizer shall not be liable for expenses or damages incurred by the postponement, or cancellation.
