Procedures for the application
1
Priority of booth selection is based on the order in which applications are received.
(first-come, first-served basis)
1 The buttons are sorted by the types of booths. Please click the button of your choice and it will lead you to the application form.
There are buttons for "Type A", "Type B", and other types of booths. Please be careful when selecting the button.

2 Please fill in the necessary items in the application form and submit it

Fill in the necessary items and click the check button. After you have checked the form, please click the "NEXT" button.
If you have made any mistakes, click the "back" button to go back and correct them.

* There will be indicator for the remaining no. of booths.
* If you see the number."0" on the screen, it means that your application has been put on the adjusting list.
* We will contact you at a later date.
3 After submitting the application form, your ID and PASS will be sent by e-mail.
* Later you will be notified of the exact date and time for you to select booth(s) by e-mail.
You will need your ID and PASS when you choose the location of your booth space. Please keep them in a proper place.

* Your ID and PASS will be valid from the day you choose the location of your booth space.
* There may be come circumstances or cases where the ID and PASS will be invalid.
